Most clubs run recruiting out of a form, a spreadsheet and a group chat. The form collects answers nobody can sort, the spreadsheet goes stale the moment two people edit it at once, and the decisions go out from whoever remembers to send them.
Networker for Enterprise is one console for the whole cycle. You write the application, post a single link, and read everyone who applied as a ranked list. The rounds after it, the interview times, and the letter every decision ends in all run from the same place, so the record of who applied and what you decided stays in one piece.
How a cycle runs.
Four things, in the order a club lives them.
- Write the form
- Short answers, paragraphs, multiple choice, checkboxes, yes or no, numbers and dates, with a separate set of questions for each round.
- Post one link
- Share it in the group chat or on your club site. Applicants answer in a page built to be filled in on a phone.
- Read a ranked list
- Everybody arrives scored out of 100 against four fixed signals, each carrying the sentence that explains it.
- Decide, then say so
- Advance, reject or accept in bulk, publish interview times applicants book themselves, and send the letter from your club's own mailbox.
What the console does.
- One application, one link
- Seven question types, required answers, and a resume upload. The link works for anyone who has it and is kept out of search results.
- A pipeline that ranks itself
- No rubric to configure and no weights to argue about. Every applicant is measured the same way, and the score is recomputed rather than stored, so it never goes stale.
- Rounds, run properly
- Give each round its own questions and materials, move people through it in bulk, and keep a rejection from being walked into an advancement by mistake.
- Interview times they book
- Publish slots with a capacity, a room or a meeting link. A full slot turns the next person away, and both sides read the same schedule.
- Decisions people hear about
- Three letters, for advanced, accepted and declined, written once and reused every cycle. They go out from your club's mailbox, and applicant mail is not metered.
Who can see what.
Three seats. A board asks this before it invites anybody.
- Admin
- Holds the club account. Sets the club name, the school it recruits at, the seat titles, and the mailbox every decision is sent from. One per club, and it can be handed over.
- Leadership
- Runs the cycle. Writes applications, reads applicants, decides, sends the letters, and invites members.
- Members
- See the club roster and nothing else. Applicant answers stay with the board they were sent to.
