Four screens, one cycle.
Swipe the screen to look around
Most clubs recruit out of a form, a spreadsheet and a group chat. Networker for Enterprise is one console for the whole cycle: write the application, post a single link, read everyone who applied as a ranked list, and send the letter every decision ends in from your own mailbox.
How a cycle runs.
- Write the form
- Seven question types, a resume upload, and a separate set of questions for each round.
- Post one link
- It works for anyone who has it and is kept out of search results. Applicants answer in a page built to be filled in on a phone.
- Read a ranked list
- Everybody arrives scored out of 100 against four fixed signals, each carrying the sentence that explains it. Nothing to configure, and the score is never stale.
- Decide, then say so
- Advance, reject or accept in bulk, publish interview times applicants book themselves, and send the letter from your club's own mailbox. Applicant mail is not metered.
Who can see what.
- Admin
- Holds the club account, the seat titles and the mailbox decisions are sent from. One per club.
- Leadership
- Runs the cycle. Writes applications, reads applicants, decides, sends the letters, invites members.
- Members
- See the club roster and nothing else. Applicant answers stay with the board they were sent to.
