A school runs more than one selective thing at a time: a fellowship, a mentorship program, a leadership cohort, a competition team. Each has its own application, its own committee, its own decision letters, and its own cohort to keep informed afterwards. Today that is a different form and a different spreadsheet for each of them.
Networker for Enterprise gives each program its own console, and one sign-in across all of them. Staff who sit on several move between them from the same account, every application publishes to one link, every applicant arrives ranked, and every decision goes out as a letter from the program's own mailbox.
What a program gets.

- Each program is its own organization on the console: its own application, committee seats, mailbox and letters. Staff who sit on several move between them from one sign-in.
- An application built for a phone
- Seven question types, required answers, and a resume upload when you ask for one. It publishes to one link that works for anyone who has it and is kept out of search results.
- Applicants ranked the same way
- Everybody is scored out of 100 against four fixed signals, each with the sentence that explains it, so a committee of five reads one list rather than five.
- Rounds and interviews
- Give each round its own questions, move a cohort through in bulk, and publish interview slots with a capacity, a room or a meeting link that applicants book themselves.
- Letters from the program's mailbox
- Three letters, for advanced, accepted and declined, written once and reused every cycle. Applicant mail is not metered.
- The cohort afterwards
- Once admitted, the cohort is a roster with seats: announcements that reach every member by email, channels and direct messages, and attendance taken with a code on the screen at every session.
Who can see what.
Three seats, and an applicant's answers never leave the committee.
- Admin
- Holds the program's account: its name, the school, the seat titles, and the mailbox every decision is sent from. One per program, and it can be handed over when staff change.
- Leadership
- The committee. Writes the application, reads applicants, decides, sends the letters, and invites the cohort.
- Members
- The cohort. They see the roster, the announcements, the chat and their own attendance, and nothing an applicant wrote.
