Four screens, one program.
Swipe the screen to look around
A fellowship, a mentorship program, a leadership cohort: each has its own application, committee, letters and cohort, and today each has its own spreadsheet. Every program gets its own console here, and staff who sit on several move between them from one account.
What a program gets.
- A console per program
- Its own application, committee seats, mailbox and letters. One account across every program a person sits on.
- An application built for a phone
- Seven question types, required answers, and a resume upload. It publishes to one link that is kept out of search results.
- Applicants ranked the same way
- Everybody scored out of 100 against four fixed signals, so a committee of five reads one list rather than five. Rounds and interview slots run from the same screen.
- The cohort afterwards
- Letters from the program mailbox, then a roster with announcements, channels and attendance taken with a code on the screen.
Who can see what.
- Admin
- Holds the program account, the seat titles and the mailbox decisions are sent from. It can be handed over when staff change.
- Leadership
- The committee. Writes the application, reads applicants, decides, sends the letters, invites the cohort.
- Members
- The cohort. They see the roster, the announcements and their own attendance, and nothing an applicant wrote.
