A team of twelve does not need a recruiting department. It needs one application that fills a few seats, a way to read the people who applied without a spreadsheet, and somewhere the team actually talks once the seats are filled.
Networker for Enterprise gives a team the console a club runs on, at a team's size. Post the application, read the applicants ranked, book the interviews, send the decisions, and then run the team from the same sign-in: a roster with seats, channels and direct messages, announcements, and attendance for every meeting.

- One application for a few seats
- Short answers, paragraphs, choices, numbers and dates, a resume switch, and a deadline that closes the form for you. One link to post wherever the team recruits.
- Applicants you can read in an evening
- Everybody who applied, scored out of 100 against four fixed signals, each carrying the sentence that explains it. A board of three can decide a cycle in one sitting.
- Interviews they book themselves
- Publish slots with a capacity, a room or a meeting link. Applicants pick a time, and both sides read the same schedule.
- A roster, not a group chat
- Three seats, an invite link for the whole team or one for a person, and a member list every seat can see.
- Channels, direct messages and mentions
- A general channel for everybody, private channels for the board, direct messages, threads and files. Somebody who is mentioned or written to directly gets an email.
- Announcements that reach everybody
- Pinned to the top of the console, and sent by email to the whole team or to one channel when it matters.
- Attendance from a code on the screen
- Open a register, put the code on the screen, and every seat checks in from a phone. The record follows without a sign-up sheet.
